It's simple! Allow your body time to burn the fat. Choose an 8 hour window to eat all your nutrients, then stop! Let the following 12 hours be of fasting.

THIS IS NOT A DIET, it is a dietry pattern.

When the body has no food supply, it will tap into your fat, there fore assisting in your weight loss goals.

When you continue to eat, the body taps into the gylcogen, there fore never having the chance to attack the fat.

The benefits are not only weight loss, rather more of feeling positve the next morning, lighter and with more energy!
